Travel : Bangkok, Thailand Day 4 & 5

Day 4

Had our brunch at Featherstone Cafe. I really love the entire outlook of the cafe even though it was on the pricier side. But its all worth the experience. By experience I meant the cafe ambience, food arrangement and the cafe shop at the other side of the cafe. Oh, and getting flirt by the staff there. Spent our afternoon hopping between Terminal 21 and Union mall. Headed to Huamun Night Market later that evening and it was drizzling yet again. Had our dinner at these really funny two level opened space restaurant where there’s macho Thai boys wearing really skimpy clothes and dancing every now and there. The food there was really average but its still full house. I guess its really all about the experience I guess. We then quickly hop to the Talad Rod Fai Night Market further out and shop the rest of our night away as there’s nothing much in Huamun itself. Pity that it rained, so many store was already closed by the time we got there.

Day 5

Spent our last morning packing and checking out of the stay before heading to Roast 21 cafe @ the COMMONS for our brunch. Once again, I love the food and the ambience so much. And there’s a really cute granny with pushcart selling some knick knacks every Thursday to Monday if I’m not mistaken. Headed to Icon Siam to experience the iconic floating market. Only difference is with aircon and of a much smaller scale. But still managed to catch a good glimpse of the unique floating market vibes we wanted. Ended our last few hours in Siam Square before heading back to catch out flight back to Singapore later that evening.
